Travelling by plane is an altogether quite different experience. You fly among the clouds and see sprawling cities, rivers, mountains and valleys from high altitudes. Also, flights are convenient because one can reach their destination in just a few hours. While travelling, passengers often see mesmerising sights that leave them shocked. But for this one woman, her flight from Delhi to Bhutan left her mind blown.
From catching stunning sunsets to witnessing aurora lights, you never know what you may come across on your flight. Richi Jain, a content creator from India was jetting off to Bhutan and she was stunned to see the magnificent views of Mount Everest from her window. It was almost like a dream come true for her.
She posted a video of herself travelling by plane. The pilot then announces that if one looks out of the window on the left side, they will be able to see Mount Everest. The content creator shared that while she would not be able to climb the Earth’s highest mountain, it was the biggest dream for her to see it. She further talked about how Bhutan’s airport is located in a dangerous place between the mountains and only 24 pilots in the world are qualified to land a plane here.
Her caption read, “My mind was blown to see Mount Everest up and close like that. On our flight to Bhutan, we were given seats on the left side of the aircraft, and the staff told us- you’re gonna see the best view of your life! And oh boy, we did! I’ve never seen anything like that. The Mount Everest was visible in all its glory, standing tall and beautiful.”

Her clip has received 8.2 million views on Instagram. Even her followers called it very “dreamy” for her to witness the mountains from the flight. A comment read, “So dreamy”, while another wrote, “Bhutan! One of the most underrated destinations to Travel.” A user wondered, “Was there a lot of turbulence when you flew over there?” Another asked her, “This was amazing. Was it safe to land as I heard that was quite risky?”
