A 41-year-old social media influencer named Annie Wonderlich is building a house next to her mother’s. Annie lives in a van now. In the video, the influencer said she wants to take care of her mother and wishes to compensate for the time she stayed away from her while she lived in LA. In the video, Annie said that she is 41 with no kids. She called it the next chapter of her life. Netizens praised the woman’s bravery in building a tiny home in the backyard of her mother’s house. While many labelled it a feminist move, others called it a disappointment after noticing the mother’s expression in the video.
In the viral clip, Annie Wonderlich showcases her self-converted 88 Dodge Ram Van and a tiny house she intends to build. The home is still under construction as it is covered with black sheets. Living next door to her mother was not something Annie imagined in her life. “Never in a million years did I think I would end up in my 40s, single, without kids, living next to my mom,” wrote Annie Wonderlich. The influencer further wrote that she is blessed to take care of the person who took care of her as a child.
She calls it the ‘next chapter’ of her life as she wishes to grow old with her mother. While talking about her future goals, Annie Wonderlich wrote, “The time has come that my back is almost healed and I can finally finish the projects I started last year before my injury … which are my tiny home next to my mom’s house as well as my Truck Cottage, then green house!”
Cherishing a bond with her mother, the influencer told her followers that she had convinced her mother to come on a birthday trip to Thailand. Annie has shared this video on Instagram from her account Annnsvan.
