UCEED 2025 Exam Schedule Released, Application Process Begins Today at uceed.iitb.ac.in

The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay will conduct the UCEED on January 19, 2025, for three hours between 9 am and noon

The Undergraduate Common Entrance Exam for Design (UCEED) 2025 application process will commence today, October 1 at 1 pm. Interested and eligible candidate who wants to apply for CEED 2024 can do so by visiting the official website at uceed.iitb.ac.in. The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay will conduct the UCEED on January 19, 2025, for three hours between 9 am and noon.

Those who clear UCEED will be eligible to get admission to the bachelor’s courses in design. The last date to apply is October 31, 2024. The registration fee for the exam is Rs 4000 and it is Rs 2000 for women candidates and those belonging to SC, ST, and PwD categories. Candidates can also apply till November 8 but with a late fee of Rs 500. The admit cards for the exam will be available for download from January 3, 2025, 1 pm onwards.

UCEED 2025: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have cleared class 12 or equivalent in 2024 or must be appearing for the qualifying examination for the first time in 2025. Students from all streams including science, commerce, arts, and humanities are eligible to apply for the exam.

UCEED 2025: How to Apply?

Step 1- Visit the official website of UCEED.

Step 2 – On the homepage, click on the registration link. Register yourself.

Step 3 – Fill the form with the required credentials. Upload the documents.

Step 4 – Pay the application fee.

Step 5 – Download the acknowledgment form for further use.

The question paper will consist of two parts: A and B. It is compulsory to attempt questions from both parts. Part A will be administered through a computer-based test. It consists of three sections — NAT (Numerical Answer Type), MSQ (Multiple Select Question), and MCQ (Multiple Choice Question). Part B consists of two questions to test the candidates’ drawing skills and design aptitude. This part will be manually evaluated by expert examiners.

As per the official notice, candidates will be able to download the UCEED 2025 scorecard between March 10 and June 11, 2025. All shortlisted candidates will get a common merit rank (All India Rank).
