The Directorate of Technical Education (DoTE) has released the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions (TNEA) rank list 2024 today, July 10. Candidates who took the exam and are awaiting admission to BE/B.Tech courses can now access their TNEA 2024 rank via the official website —tneaonline.org. Candidates are required to check the official website occasionally for any further updates.
On June 12, TNEA Random Numbers were made available. The candidate’s marks in the respective subjects of the qualifying exam will be used to determine the TNEA 2024 rank list.
A total of 200 marks (100 in mathematics and 100 in physics and chemistry) will be awarded for passing the qualifying exam. Candidates will be chosen based on their grades in the required courses. To access the TNEA 2024 rank list, candidates will need to provide their login information, such as their application number and password.
TNEA Rank List 2024: Steps to Check Rank
Step 1. Go to tneaonline.org, TNEA’s official website.
Step 2. Check for the latest announcement link ‘TNEA 2024 rank list’ from the homepage.
Step 3. Now, provide the necessary login information and press the submit button.
Step 4. The TNEA rank list 2024 pdf will show up on your screen.
Step 5. Download the TNEA rank list and save for later use.
For the four-year Bachelor of Technology programme in Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission 2024, candidates may file grievances from July 11 to July 20, following the release of the rank list. Candidates can use TNEA’s official website to address any concerns they may have regarding their rank. Following the TNEA 2024 grievance submission period, the counselling process will start, which will include registration, choice-filling, seat allotment and college reporting.
Those who are selected for further consideration based on their TNEA 2024 ranking may take part in the counselling process. The TNEA 2024 counselling will be done online by the government.
Candidates have to select which colleges and courses they want to take through the counselling process. The final TNEA 2024 seat distribution will be determined by the rank list, seat availability and candidate preferences. On the official website, the outcome of the final seat distribution will be announced. Those who are chosen will need to report to the designated institutions to pay their admissions charges.
