RRB Junior Engineer Recruitment 2024: Candidates selected for the posts will get a salary of Rs 35,400 per month along with other allowances and facilities.
The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) will commence the application correction process for Junior Engineer posts today, August 30. A total of 7951 JE vacancies will be filled through the recruitment drive. Candidates can make the required changes to the application form through the official websites of the RRB zone related to their area or at rrbapply.gov.in.
A non-refundable fee of Rs 250 needs to be made to edit any changes on the application form. The last date to edit the form is September 8. “If candidates wish to modify, change, or correct any details except details filled in the ‘Create an Account’ form (including email id and mobile number) and chosen RRB, they may do so by paying a modification fee of Rs 250/- (non-refundable) for each occasion,” reads the official notice by RRB.
According to the official notice, the recruitment drive will fill Junior Engineer, Depot Material Superintendent, Chemical and Metallurgical Assistant, Chemical Supervisor (Research), and Metallurgical Supervisor (Research) vacancies in the organisation. The recruitment process for Junior Engineer in Railways will be done in three stages. First of all, Stage 1 and Stage 2 are computer-based examinations — CBT 1 and CBT 2. After this, the process of document verification is conducted followed by a medical exam. The merit list is based on the final marks of the candidates.

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the JE recruitment link, once it is activated.
Step 3: Register with your application number and date of birth.
Step 4: Go to the application form. Edit the required changes.
Step 5: Pay the required fees.
Step 6: Download and save the form for further use.
