What are the posts available at NIT Karnataka?
The National Institute of Technology issued a notification to recruit eligible candidates for five different posts. All interested candidates can apply for the post of Project Associate, which has three vacancies; for the post of Project Assistant, which has one vacant post; and for the post of Literary Assistant, which has one vacant post. All the candidates are requested to check the official notification for the available posts.
What is the required qualification for the posts?
All the interested candidates can apply for the various posts only if they have the mentioned qualifications. Candidates can apply for the post of project associate if they possess the degrees BE, B.Tech, and M.Sc. For the post of project assistant, the candidates have to have a diploma or B.Sc. in their respective subjects. Those who are interested in applying for the post of literary assistant should have a B.A. or B.Com. Degree in their respective subjects.
What is the age limit to apply for the vacant posts at NIT Karnataka?
As mentioned in the official notification from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka, candidates who are interested in applying for the above-mentioned roles should be below the age of 35 as of June 28, 2024. Those candidates with reservations will have a relaxation in terms of age.
What is the salary for the posts?
Candidates who are interested in applying for the posts can get a minimum salary of Rs 20 thousand. For the post of Project Associate, the salary will be Rs 35,000 per month; for the post of Project Assistant, the salary will be Rs 20,000 per month; and for the post of Literary Assistant, the salary will be Rs 20,000 per month.

What is the selection procedure?
All the interested candidates will have to meet the criteria for qualifications. The experience of the candidates will be assessed by the authorities, and the selected candidates will be promoted to appear for the interview.
