NEET MDS 2024 Seat Allotment For Round 3 to Be Declared on August 21

The MCC concluded the registration process for this round on August 18 and the seat allotment process is currently underway

The National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test for Masters of Dental Surgery (NEET MDS) 2024 Round 3 registration has ended and the results will be announced on August 21. The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) concluded the registration process for this round on August 18 and the seat allotment process is currently underway. Candidates who are allocated seats will need to report to their respective institutes between August 22 and August 28. It is mandatory for the candidates to carry their original documents during physical reporting to the college/institute for confirmation /joining of the seat.

If any seats remain vacant after this round, a stray round of counselling will be conducted on September 2. According to the schedule, the choice locking facility will begin on September 2 to 5. The result for the stray round is scheduled to be announced on September 7, 2024. Candidates can check their results from the official website of the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC):mcc.nic.in.

NEET MDS 2024: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree from a recognized institution in India. Additionally, they should have a provisional or permanent registration certificate from the Dental Council of India (DCI) or State Dental Council. They must have completed a one-year compulsory rotatory internship on or before March 31, 2024.

All registered candidates who were not allotted any seat in any of the previous rounds are eligible for a stray vacancy round. But the candidates are advised to check their eligibility conditions before applying

The candidates should have qualified for the NEET MDS 2024 exam, achieving the minimum required percentile, which varies by category. For the general category students, it is 50 per cent. For the SC/ST/OBC category, it is 40 per cent and for the General-PWD it is 45 per cent.

NEET MDS 2024 Seat Allotment: Steps to Check

Step 1: Visit the official website:mcc.nic.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the link of” MDS.”

Step 3: Click on the result link, ‘Download NEET MDS 2024 Seat Allotment Result.’

Step 4: Enter the required credentials.

Step 5: On the screen, your result will be displayed.

Step 6: Download and take a printout or screenshot of it for future reference.

–– Mark sheets of BDS (1, 2 and 3 professional examinations)

–– NEET MDS admit card

–– BDS degree certificate or provisional certificate

–– Certificate for the completion of the internship
