National Investigation Agency Announces 114 Vacancies For Inspector And Sub Inspector Posts

The maximum eligible age of the candidates for the post is 56 years. The candidate must hold a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university.

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) under the Ministry of Home Affairs is inviting applications for the post of Inspector and Sub Inspector. NIA has released a total vacancy of 114 posts for the same. For the inspector post, the counter-terrorism law enforcement has provided 50 seats while 64 seats are vacant for Sub Inspector. Interested candidates can submit the application form at the NIA Headquarters, New Delhi within 60 days from the date of publication. The employment notification has been issued on June 14. The recruitment will be done on a deputation basis in NIA. The salary of the selected candidates will be paid in the range of Rs 9300 to Rs 34,800 with Grade Pay Rs 4600. Special Security Allowance will be 20 per cent of basic pay. You can also apply through the official website of NIA.

The maximum age of the candidate eligible for the post is 56 years. The candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university. For the Inspector post, the interested candidate must have two years of experience in handling cases of investigation of criminal cases. The job role requires the selected candidate to accompany the Chief Investigation Officer, part of the raid team, witness examination team, secure the crime scene, deal with court matters and other duties.
