The Joint Entrance Examination Council, Uttar Pradesh (JEECUP) will declare the JEECUP results soon. As per media reports, the scorecards will be declared today, June 27. Candidates who sat for the exam will be able to view their UP-Polytechnic results on the official website, jeecup.admissions.nic.in or jeecup.nic.in.

Candidates are required to log in via the application number and date of birth to view the results. Details such as the candidate’s name, date of birth, father’s name, mother’s name, category, roll number, state, gender, name of the group that appeared for, total marks obtained, category-wise state open rank and qualifying status for counselling round will be mentioned on the JEECUP scorecard.

The exam council is also going to publish a merit list. Candidates with minimum qualifying marks will be listed in the UPJEE merit list. Students who achieve ranks in the exam will qualify for the UPJEE counselling round. UPJEE was held from June 13 to 20 for admissions to polytechnic programmes and lateral-entry admissions to engineering programmes at participating institutes.

Due to the high number of registered candidates, the exam was conducted in multiple sessions. Each session had its question paper. The exam authorities will try to keep the level of questions the same in all question papers, but differences in difficulty level may still occur. Therefore, a process is used to convert raw scores into normalised scores.
