Nidhi Yadav plans to pursue an education at IIT first, and then enter the administrative services.
Nidhi Yadav, the high school topper from Maharajganj district, was appointed as District Magistrate (DM) for a day as part of the Mission Shakti initiative. This honour was conferred upon her by the current District Magistrate, Anunaya Jha. During her brief tenure, Nidhi interacted with officials at the DM’s office and addressed concerns raised by the local community. She also reviewed several files about revenue matters in the District Magistrate Court. Nidhi expressed her ambition to become a full-time DM in the future, to resolve public issues and contribute to the betterment of society.
Currently, in Class 11, Nidhi is actively preparing for competitive exams. She described her experience as an unforgettable milestone in her life. Nidhi has consistently excelled in her studies, securing top positions year after year. She attributes her success to the unwavering support of her parents and family, who have been a constant source of encouragement and inspiration, pushing her to strive for excellence.
In a recent interview with Locale 18, Nidhi highlighted the pivotal role her father, Sanjay Yadav, and her sister have played in her academic journey. Their consistent guidance and motivation have enabled her to progress steadily towards her goals. Nidhi shared that a significant part of her success is due to the strong backing of her parents, who have supported her in every endeavour and inspired her to achieve her best.
Nidhi aspires to become a successful District Magistrate, with a focus on social service and community welfare. She draws great inspiration from the current District Magistrate of Maharajganj, Anunaya Jha, and hopes to follow a similar career path. She plans to pursue an education at IIT first, and then enter the administrative services, dedicating herself to public service. After completing her Class 10, Nidhi Yadav began her higher studies in Gorakhpur, where she continues to excel academically. Alongside her studies, she is preparing for competitive exams.
