IIT JAM 2025 Registration Begins Today: Check Eligibility Criteria, Steps To Apply

The JAM 2025 scores will be used for admissions to over 3,000 seats in various postgraduate programmes at IITs and over 2,000 seats at IISc and NITs, IIEST Shibpur, SLIET, DIAT through CCMN

The Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi (IIT Delhi) will start its registration process for the Joint Admission Test for Masters (JAM) 2025 on September 3. Eligible candidates can apply via the official website, jam2025.iitd.ac.in. The deadline to apply for the application process is October 11.

The written examination will be conducted in a CBT mode on February 2, 2025. The test will cover seven subjects, that is, Biotechnology (BT), Mathematics (MA), Chemistry (CY), Economics (EN), Geology (GG), Mathematical Statistics (MS) and Physics (PH). According to the schedule, the admit cards will be issued in early January 2025 and the result will be declared on March 19, 2025.

IIT JAM 2025: Eligibility Criteria

Aspirants who have obtained an undergraduate degree or are in their final year of study can apply for IIT JAM 2025. There is no age restriction for applicants. Foreign nationals holding an Indian degree can also apply, subject to the admissions policy.

How to apply for IIT JAM 2025?

Step 1: Head to the official website, jam2025.iitd.ac.in

Step 2: Click on the registration link.

Step 3: You will be redirected to a new page asking for your login details.

Step 4: Fill in the IIT JAM 2025 Registration form.

Step 5: Upload the required documents and pay the application fee.

Step 6: Review all the information carefully and click on submit.

Step 7: Download the form and take a hard copy for future reference.

Joint Admission Test for Masters is administered by the Indian Institute of Technology for students seeking admission to various postgraduate programmes such as M.Sc, M.Sc. (Tech.), M.Sc.-M.Tech. Dual Degree, MS (Research), Joint M.Sc.-Ph.D., and M.Sc.-Ph.D. Dual Degree programmes. This year the admission process will be conducted by IIT Delhi.
