Govt Job Vacancy: Graduates Can Apply, Salary Rs 1 Lakh; Check Details

Out of the 40 vacant positions, 16 are reserved for General category candidates, 11 for Other Backward Classes (OBC), 3 for Economically Weaker Section (EWS), 6 for Scheduled Castes, and 4 for Scheduled Tribes

The Export Credit Guarantee Corporation of India (ECGC) has come out with a notification about vacancies for the post of Probationary Officer. Applicants have been invited for a total of 40 posts. The last date to apply is October 13.

Candidates willing to apply can visit the official website at www.ecgc.in where they can check the full details about the job. The application process has already started.

The recruitment is being done for the posts of Probationary Officer in the cadre of Executive Officer (Generalist) in ECGC. Out of the 40 posts vacant, 16 have been reserved for General category candidates, 11 for Other Backward Classes (OBC), three for Economically Weaker Section (EWS), six for Scheduled Castes and four for Scheduled Tribes.

The ECGC has fixed different qualification criteria for different posts. To apply for these posts, the candidate must be a graduate in any subject. Apart from this, the age of the candidate should be between 21 to 30 years.

Candidates of general and OBC category will have to pay an application fee of Rs 900, while ST and SC category candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs 175. Those selected will be offered salary ranging from Rs 53,600 to Rs 1,02,090.

Candidates have to qualify an online written exam followed by an interview. The written examination will also have negative marking. If any answer is wrong, one fourth marks will be deducted.
