Gas Authority of India Limited, GAIL is seeking applications from devoted, energetic, and enthusiastic Indian citizens in the field of medicine for the post of Factory Medical Officer 2024. Eligible and interested candidates can apply for the GAIL FMO 2024 post through the GAIL official website gailonline.com. The last date to apply is August 20.

GAIL FMO 2024: Eligibility Criteria
-Candidates from the EWS, SC, ST, OBC (NCL), and PwBD categories who apply for unreserved positions will be judged based on general merit, and they will not be eligible for any kind of exemption.
-Even if there are no positions designated for them, people with Benchmark Disabilities who fall into the category or categories for which the post is recognised will be eligible to apply.
-These applicants will be chosen based on a general merit-based selection process for the position.
– PwBD category candidates of the relevant category applying against a vacancy specifically reserved for them shall be eligible for the benefit of reservation/ concessions if the impairment is not less than 40% of the relevant disability.
GAIL FMO 2024: Application Fee
There is no application cost to apply for the position of Factory Medical Officer.
GAIL FMO 2024: Educational Qualification
- A minimum of MBBS together with a finished internship and Indian Medical Council registration is required.
- The minimum required qualifications must come from an Indian university recognised by the UGC, an Indian-deemed university recognised by the UGC, or, if appropriate, an Autonomous Indian institution or related statutory council with AICTE approval.
- The Medical Council of India should acknowledge the MBBS degree.
- Applicants must be registered with the State Medical Council or the Medical Council of India.
- Training completed during an internship will not be included towards work experience for the Factory Medical Officer position.
After successfully qualifying for the GAIL FMO position the chosen applicant would be assigned to the Khera Compressor Station, Village Chikli, Post Nanded, Tehsil Makdone, District-Ujjain – 456 668 (Madhya Pradesh) Occupational Health Centre. Whereas, consolidated monthly fees would also be paid each month in the amount of Rs 93,000.
