As the nation prepares to celebrate 78th Independence Day with grandeur and patriotic fervor, Delhi Traffic Police has issued an advisory to avoid inconvenience to commuters in key areas of the city especially near Red Fort where Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hoist the national flag.
In view of the Independence Day festivities, several major roads in central Delhi will be subject to traffic restrictions from 4 am to 10 pm on Thursday. These measures are designed to manage crowd and enhance security around Red Fort where the celebrations will be taking place.
