Chilli Powder Stuffed Into Bihar Man’s Rectum Using Pencil, War of Words Begins Over Law & Order

One of the accused was also seen pouring chilli powder on the thief's back and stuffing it in his rectum using a pencil

In a shocking incident, a group of men stuffed chilli powder into a man’s private part after accusing him of stealing in Bihar’s Araria.

The incident was captured in a video and is now going viral on social media. In the video, the man can be seen with his hands tied behind and his pants unbuckled as the men force him to bend on his knees.

After the video gained attention on social media, one person, identified as Mohammad Sifat, who was spotted in the clip was arrested. One of the accused was also seen pouring chilli powder on the thief’s back and stuffing it in his rectum using a pencil. The group of men are even seen thoroughly frisking the man.

The video of the incident was recorded by several men who were present during the incident. The police were prompted to take action after the video went viral.

Reacting to the incident, RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav slammed the Nitish Kumar government. He said that the incident showed “Taliban Raj” in Bihar. Taking to his official X account, the RJD leader said, “Me and my party talk about the rights and share of Dalits, backward and minorities, hence the casteists always see our rule as Jungle Raj.”

BJP IT Cell chief Amit Malviya took to X and also reacted to the incident. While taking a jibe at Tejashwi Yadav’s comment on the same, Malviya questioned, “Do those who talk of Taliban rule call Muslims Talibani even before asking for their votes?”

According to police, as quoted by India Today the incident took place in Araria’s Islamnagar and a case was filed on Tuesday under Section 109 (attempt to commit murder) and Section 117(4) (grievous hurt caused by a group of 5 or more persons) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

The cops said that one of the accused has been arrested in connection to the incident and efforts are currently underway to identify and arrest the others involved.
