Anna University has started accepting choices for the Common Engineering Entrance Test and Admission (CEETA PG) 2024 counselling. Those who cleared the exam can register for CEETA PG Choice Filling 2024 via the official portal, cfa.annauniv.edu. Candidates looking for admission to the courses offered by the varsity must exercise the CEETA PG 2024 choice-filling option by June 30. To register for the counselling session, they will need to provide their login information, such as their date of birth and registration number.
CEETA PG 2024 counselling will be conducted online only. Applicants are only eligible for the CEETA PG counselling process 2024 if they pass both the GATE and CEETA PG exams. The Common Engineering Admission Procedure (CEAP 2024) is used for CEETA PG counselling. Candidates will be allotted seats based on their ranks and preference.
CEETA PG 2024: Steps for Counselling Process
The steps for the CEETA PG 2024 Counselling procedure are listed below:
Step 1 — Go to the official website, cfa.annauniv.edu.
Step 2 — Click on the link for ‘Online Counselling’ from the homepage.
Step 3 — To log in, enter your date of birth and user ID.
Step 4 — For registration, enter all the necessary details carefully.
Step 5 — Choose the online payment method to pay the counselling fee charge.
Step 6 — After successful payment, choose the preferred seat choice.
Step 7 — Click on ‘Add’ after every single choice.
Step 8 — After completion, select ‘Save and Continue’.
Step 9 — Save the form or take a printout for future reference.
Candidates must fill out the application form with all of their information after finishing the registration procedure, including their name, address, category, and contact details. All the applicants must provide accurate information as they will not have access to a correction facility later. The information, submitted by the candidates, will also be verified by the authority during further stages of the admission process.
CEETA PG 2024: Documents Required for Counselling
Here is a list of the documents that must be uploaded to complete the CEETA PG counselling 2024 form:
— Hall tickets for CEETA PG 2024.
— CEETA scorecard for PG/GATE.
— Mark sheets and certificates for classes 10th and 12th.
— Mark sheets and the qualifying degree certificate
— Certificate of transfer from the previous college or institution attended.
— Certificate of Nativity, if any (digitally signed e-certificate or electronic form) , a certificate of disability.
— A copy of the identity certificate obtained from the Tahsildar Head Quarters, or—for candidates who are Sri Lankan refugees—a copy of their passport, visa, and letter registered at the police station.
The tentative seat allotment list will be published on July 1 while the provisional allotment confirmation will be from July 1 to July 3 (6 PM). Publication of provisional allotment of candidates who have accepted will take place on July 4. The date of joining the university/college for applicants who have been issued provisional allotment order (accept) must be done on or before July 10. The publication of the provisional allotment for those who opted for upward movement will be on July 15.
