The demand for cabin crew professionals is rapidly increasing in India. In today’s era, thousands of people aspire to become cabin crew. There are various types of jobs in the field of cabin crew, flight attendant being one of them. The monthly salary of flight attendants can sometimes be in lakhs. Globally, air hostess jobs are among the most in-demand career options. According to several reports, the salaries of attendants working for international airlines are much higher than the attendants of domestic airlines. Junior Flight Attendant:

This is an entry-level position and anyone with the required education qualification is eligible for the post.

Senior Flight Attendant:

After working for around 1-2 years, you can become a senior flight attendant.

Lead Flight Attendant:

You can become a lead flight attendant if you have around 2-5 years of experience in the same field. In this role, a person has to manage a team of junior and senior attendants.

Cabin Crew Manager:

A cabin crew manager must have 5-10 years of experience. The main role of this position is to manage and supervise the team of cabin crew officials.

Inflight Manager:

An inflight manager often holds an experience of 10+ years. The person is responsible for overseeing security and service inside the flight.

Training Manager:

People who have significant experience as flight attendants often join this role. They are responsible for providing training to freshers.

Salary (Based on Experience):

Freshers: Rs 25,000- Rs 40,000 per month

1-3 years of experience: Rs 40,000- Rs 60,000 per month

3-5 years of experience: Rs 60,000- Rs 80,000 per month

5+ years of experience: Rs 80,000- Rs 1,00,000 per month

Salary (In Indian organisations):

Air India: Rs 25,000- Rs 35,000 (Freshers), Rs 40,000- Rs 60,000 (Experienced)

IndiGo: Rs 30,000- Rs 40,000 (Freshers), Rs 50,000- Rs 70,000 (Experienced)

SpiceJet: Rs 25,000- Rs30,000 (Freshers), Rs 35,000- Rs 50,000 (Experienced)

Salary (Based on Location):

Mumbai: Rs 55,000- Rs 80,000 per month

Delhi: Rs 50,000- Rs 70,000 per month

Bengaluru: Rs 45,000- Rs 60,000 per month

Salary (In International organisations):

USA: Rs 30.11 lakhs per year

United Kingdom: Rs 34.56 lakhs per year

Australia: Rs 26.44 lakhs per year

Canada: Rs 25.01 lakhs per year
