There are three specialist posts available at Bokaro General Hospital.
A walk-in interview is being organised for the appointment of doctors on a contract basis at Bokaro General Hospital (BGH) and the mines operated by Bokaro Steel Plant. The interview will take place on August 24, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM at BGH Bokaro. There are 11 posts available. These include positions for medical specialists, medical officers and a dentist. The maximum age limit for all these posts is 69 years.
Specialist Posts
There are three specialist posts available at Bokaro General Hospital. To qualify, candidates need an MBBS degree with a PG Diploma from a university or institute recognised by the Medical Council of India (MCI), National Medical Commission (NMC), or State Medical Council (SMC). They must have a practitioner licence registered or valid with MCI, NMC, or SMC and be enrolled in the state or national register. The salary for these posts is Rs 1,20,000 per month.
Candidates with an MBBS degree along with an MS or DNB from a recognised university or institute registered with MCI, NMC, or SMC, or having a practitioner licence in the relevant speciality will receive a higher salary of Rs. 1,60,000 per month.
Medical Officer Posts
There are eight posts available for medical officers. The minimum qualification required is an MBBS degree from a recognised institute. The salary for this position is Rs 90,000 per month at Bokaro General Hospital and Rs 1 lakh per month for positions in the mines.
Dentist Post
One post is available for a dentist. The minimum qualification is a BDS degree from a university or institute recognised by the Dental Council of India (DCI), NMC, or SMC. Candidates must also be registered with DCI, NMC, or SMC or have a valid practitioner licence and be enrolled in the state or national register. The salary for this position is Rs 77,000 per month.
Working Conditions
All positions require six working days per week with an eight-hour duty each day.
