The Bar Council of India (BCI) has debarred seven law colleges from admitting students in law degree programmes for the academic year 2024-2025 and subsequent years until further notice. This decision comes after a thorough review of the institutions’ devotion to educational standards and regulations. These colleges will not be permitted to enroll new students until they meet the required standards and receive BCI’s permission. Among the prohibited colleges by the Bar Council of India, four are from Uttar Pradesh, two from Andhra Pradesh, and one from Rajasthan.
