The Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) has announced the counselling dates for the Andhra Pradesh Engineering Common Entrance Test (AP ECET) 2024. All the eligible candidates can download the schedule for the counselling procedure from the official website at cets.apsche.ap.gov.in.
As per the official notification, the registration process for the AP ECET Counselling session will begin on June 26 and interested candidates can submit their forms till June 30. Candidates who have passed the AP ECET exam are eligible to participate in the online counselling process.
During the AP ECET 2024 counselling process, the candidates will have to register, pay the fee, verify their certificates, and select their choice of courses and colleges in the order of preference.
AP ECET 2024 Counselling: Documents for verification
All the candidates (except Candidates who belong to PWD, CAP, Scouts & Guides, NCC and Sports and Games) applying for the AP ECET 2024 Counselling need to submit the following documents for online verification:
— SSC Marks Memo
— Degree/ Diploma Marks Memo
— Class 7 to Diploma study certificates for Diploma Holders, Class 9 to Degree Study Certificates for B.Sc (Maths) degree holders.
— Transfer Certificate
— Caste Certificate
— Income Certificate issued on or after January 1, 2021, for fee reimbursement.
— Residence Certificate
— Local Status Certificate (if applicable)
— EWS Certificate, for OC candidates who want to claim reservation under the EWS category.
How to Register for AP ECET 2024 Counselling?
Step 1: Head to the official website at cets.apsche.ap.gov.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, look for the AP ECET 2024 Counselling tab and click on it.
Step 3: Click on the registration link and enter your details.
Step 4: Log in using your ID and Password.
Step 5: Your registration form with all the basic information will be displayed, verify all the details carefully.
Step 6: Deposit the AP ECET 2024 Counselling fee and click on submit.
Step 7: Download the form and take a printout for future reference.
AP ECET 2024 Counselling: Application Fee
According to the official notification, candidates need to deposit a fee of Rs 1200 for the counselling procedure while submitting the registration form. Students belonging to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribeneed to pay a fee of Rs 600.
The AP ECET seat allotment results will be released on July 8, 2024. AP ECET seat allotment depends on the candidate’s rank, preference, and seat availability. After the seat allotment, the candidates need to report to their allotted colleges between July 9 to July 15. Classes for this session will commence from July 10.
