In a shocking incident caught on camera, a man physically assaulted a five-year-old boy in the middle of a footpath in Punjab’s Mohali for imitating a dog’s bark and was also seen knocking the child to the ground and pinning him down with one foot.
As per reports, the child and his friends were returning home from tuition classes in Phase-3A when a dog started barking nearby. The child playfully imitated the dog’s bark, but this triggered a violent outburst in the accused who was standing nearby.

The man then went onto knock the child to the ground and stood with one leg on the five-year-old’s chest.
The child’s father filed a complaint with the police following which a case was registered.
As per a report in Times of India, the man, identified as Jahansher Singh, has been arrested with the help of CCTV footage.
