Originally known as Meerut University, Chaudhary Charan Singh University was founded in 1965.

In that library, students can study from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. In addition to inclement weather, students also encounter additional unfavourable situations. Under such circumstances, books and other sorts of content for various competitive exams have been made available on the website itself, enabling all students to adequately prepare for the competitive examination to make them learn while at home.

According to Dr Siddiqui, all young people who wish to learn online can do so. Students can access the library through the link https://digital-lib.ccsuniversity.ac.in/home.html via the university’s main website, https://www.ccsuniversity.ac.in/. Students need to provide their email address and mobile number when they click that link and continue. Subsequently, his/her email address will receive an ID and password. This allows students to use a digital library for their studies. He stated that many young people are observed taking part in this activity. The administration of the institution is focused on enabling students to create better futures for them.
