WBJEE JECA Counselling 2024 registration is allowed only at the beginning of the first round and is a mandatory step to participate in the admission process.
The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB) has released the WBJEE JECA Counselling 2024 schedule. The registration for counselling began on September 20. Candidates can apply for counselling through the official website of WBJEEB, wbjeeb.in till September 24.
The choice filling and locking facility will begin on September 23 and end on September 24, 2024. The round 1 seat allotment result will be out on September 26. The round 2 seat allotment will begin on October 1.
As per the official notification, counselling registration is allowed only at the beginning of the first round and is a mandatory step to participate in the admission process. Candidates who fail to register themselves on the website within the deadline will not be allowed to participate in seat allotment in any round.
WBJEE JECA Counselling 2024: Registration fee
The registration fee (for all category students) for counselling is Rs 500. The amount is not refundable under any circumstances. From September 26 to September 29, 2024, the candidates must pay the seat acceptance fee and report to the allotted institutes for document verification and admission.
WBJEE JECA Counselling 2024: Steps to Register
Step 1: Visit the official website of WBJEEB: wbjeeb.in.
Step 2: Click on the registration link “WBJEE JECA Counselling 2024” available on the home page.
Step 3: Enter the registration details and click on submit.
Step 4: Once done, log in to the account.
Step 5: Fill out the application form and make the payment of the application fee.
Step 6: Click on submit and download the page.
Step 7: Take a printout of the form for future reference.
WBJEE JECA Counselling 2024: Documents
All candidates participating must carry a printout of WB JECA counselling registration, WB JECA rank card and admit card, one original identity proof, Class 10 and 12 mark sheet and 4 passport-size photographs among other official necessary documents.
The WBJEE JECA (West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination for Computer Applications) is conducted by the WBJEEB for admissions into Master of Computer Applications (MCA) programs in colleges and universities across West Bengal. This year, the exam was conducted on June 30 and the results were declared on August 9.
