Haryana Police Constable Recruitment 2024 PST Results Released at hssc.gov.in, Steps to Download

Through this recruitment process, the Haryana Staff Selection Commission is aiming to recruit a total of 6,000 constables

The Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) announced the results of the Physical Screening Test (PST) for Haryana Police Constable recruitment 2024. Candidates who appeared for the recruitment exam can go to the official website of the Haryana Staff Selection Commission at hssc.gov.in and check their scores. The PST exam was conducted by the commission from August 1 to August 21.

The recruitment process commenced with the official notification issued on June 28, followed by the online application process from June 29 to July 11. Through this recruitment process, the commission is aiming to recruit a total of 6,000 constables, including 5000 Male Constables (General Duty) and 1000 Female Constables (General Duty).

The Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) has shortlisted applicants based on their performance in the Physical Screening Test (PST) for the Haryana Police Constable Recruitment 2024. The results for the same were announced on August 22.

HSSC PST 2024: Here’s How to Check the Results

Step 1: Candidates need to go to the official website of HSSC at hssc.gov.in to check their scores.

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the Results option.

Step 3: Then, click on the link that says, ‘List of candidates who have cleared the PMT and PST.’

Step 4: Once done, the HSSC PST Result PDF containing the roll number of candidates will be displayed on the screen.

Step 5: Select CTRL+F and type in your roll number.

Step 6: Save a copy of the PDF copy for future reference.

Only those candidates who successfully clear the PST exam will be able to appear in the next selection stage, the knowledge test. This test carries a significant weightage of 94.5 per cent in the overall selection process. There will be a total of 100 objective-type, multiple-choice questions, with no negative marking for incorrect answers. The knowledge test will be held offline using an OMR-based system and will be multilingual, with questions in both Hindi and English.

Talking about the passing marks, candidates from the general category must secure at least 50 per cent marks to be considered for further selection, while those applying under reserved categories need a minimum of 40 per cent marks to qualify.
