Goddess Kali’s Crown, Gifted By PM Modi, Stolen From Bangladesh’s Jeshoreshwari Temple | News18A crown of Goddess Kali at the Jeshoreshwari Temple in Bangladesh’s Satkhira, gifted by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, has been stolen, according to reports.The silver, gold-plated crown was reportedly stolen on Thursday between 2.00 pm and 2.30 pm when Temple Priest Dilip Mukherjee left following the day’s worship. The cleaning staff later found that the crown was missing from the deity’s head, Bangladeshi newspaper The Daily Star claimed.
