‘Victory of Development Politics’: PM Modi Hails BJP’s Haryana Win, J&K Performance

PM Modi expressed his gratitude to the people of Haryana for giving a clear majority to the BJP for third consecutive time.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday linked the BJP’s performance in the Haryana Assembly elections to victory of ‘development politics and good governance.’ He further expressed his gratitude to the people of Haryana for giving a clear majority to the party for a third consecutive time.

“Heartfelt gratitude from Haryana! I salute the people of Haryana for giving a clear majority to the Bharatiya Janata Party once again. This is the victory of the politics of development and good governance. I assure the people here that we will leave no stone unturned to fulfil their aspirations,” PM Modi wrote on X.

He also praised the party workers for ‘tirelessly’ working for the thumping victory of BJP in state elections. “My heartiest congratulations to all my party workers who have worked tirelessly and with full dedication for this great victory! You have not only served the people of the state to the fullest but have also taken our agenda of development to them,” he said.

PM Modi On J-K Polls Result

PM Modi underscored BJP’s best-ever show in the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly election and emphasised the high voter turnout in the election which was conducted for the first time after the removal of Articles 370 and 35(A).

“These elections in Jammu and Kashmir have been very special. They were held for the first time after the removal of Articles 370 and 35(A) and witnessed a high turnout, thus showing the people’s belief in democracy. I compliment each and every person in Jammu and Kashmir for this,” he wrote in an X post.

PM Modi ‘Compliments’ NC For J-K Victory

PM Modi posted a special message for the National Conference, the party which registered a landslide victory in the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly elections along with its allies.

“I would like to compliment JKNC for their commendable performance in the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly elections,” said PM Modi.

“I am proud of the BJP’s performance in Jammu and Kashmir. I thank all those who have voted for our Party and placed their trust in us. I assure the people that we will keep working for the welfare of Jammu and Kashmir. I also appreciate the industrious efforts of our Karyakartas,” he added.

The NC and Congress combined have won 48 seats in the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly elections, comfortably crossing the halfway mark in the 90-member legislative assembly. On the other hand, the BJP settled with 29 seats, putting its best-ever show in the valley.
